Approved redistribution of 3 million for energy improvement of S. Vicente Health Centre
Ordinance No. 499/2026 amends the financial plan for the refurbishment and implementation of energy efficiency measures at the S. Vicente Health Centre, representing a total investment of over 3 million euros.
An ordinance has been published redefining the funding schedule for the refurbishment works and energy efficiency improvements at the S. Vicente Health Centre. The project, representing a total investment of 3,047,000.01 euros, aims to modernise the facilities and reduce the energy consumption of the healthcare equipment.
Ordinance No. 499/2026 establishes the following phasing for the expenditure:
- Financial year 2025: €0.00 (already executed or not applicable)
- Financial year 2026: €1,134,791.70
- Financial year 2027: €1,912,208.31
The funds for 2026 are already included in the Madeira Autonomous Region's Budget, while the expenditure for 2027 is dependent on the approval of the budget proposal for that year. The measure was approved by the Regional Secretariat for Finance and the Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure.
