Consolidation of employment ties for two healthcare professionals
The employment ties of a nurse and a senior technician in the Madeira Health Service have been consolidated, following periods of mobility and public interest secondment.
Two administrative acts have been published that definitively consolidate the situation of two professionals in the Madeira health system, ensuring their integration into the staff framework.
The processes are as follows:
- Consolidation of public interest secondment: Through Joint Order No. 62/2026 from the Regional Secretariats of Finance and Health and Civil Protection, the employment tie of Nurse Susana Maria Castro Santos to the staff chart of SESARAM, EPERAM has been consolidated. The professional, who had been seconded since October 1, 2018, from the Local Health Unit of Castelo Branco, will now have an indefinite-term public functions employment contract in the special nursing career, nurse category, positioned at level 34. The order also recognizes her career development during the secondment period.
- Consolidation of inter-career mobility: Through Notice No. 331/2026 from the Health Administration Institute, IP-RAM, the inter-career mobility of Graduate Ana Luísa Nunes da Silva to the career and category of Senior Technician, positioned at level 16 of the Single Remuneration Table, has been consolidated.
These consolidations aim to stabilize human resources in areas considered essential for the functioning of the region's health services.
