Regional Legislative Decree no. 11/2026/M safeguards the continuity of financing contracts for the Integrated Continuing Care Network until June 30, 2026.
The Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira has approved Regional Legislative Decree no. 11/2026/M, which amends the implementation regime for PRR investments for the Integrated Continuing Care Network (REDE). The measure aims to ensure the legal stability of contracts concluded with IASAÚDE, IP-RAM before December 31, 2025.
This legislative amendment, which has been in effect since October 5, 2024, ensures that ongoing projects do not suffer from administrative or financial constraints, allowing for their effective completion within the scope of investment C01-i05-RAM.
