Regional Government amends PRR investment regime for the Continuing Care Network
The Regional Government Council approved the proposal to amend Regional Legislative Decree no. 18/2022/M, aiming to implement PRR investments in the Madeira Integrated Continuing Care Network.
The Regional Government Council, meeting in plenary on April 30, 2026, approved through Resolution no. 278/2026 the proposal for a Regional Legislative Decree that proceeds with the first amendment to Regional Legislative Decree no. 18/2022/M, of August 5.
This amendment aims to establish the necessary conditions for the implementation of investments provided for in the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) intended for the Integrated Continuing Care Network of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (REDE). The proposal will now be submitted to the Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira for approval.
