The renewed contract with CPE - Companhia de Parques de Estacionamento, S.A. secures the premises used by Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital’s Outpatient Clinic for a further five years. The total cost is €381,471.48, exempt from VAT.
SESARAM, EPERAM will renew for five years the urban lease for non-residential purposes signed with CPE - Companhia de Parques de Estacionamento, S.A. The premises, located at level 97 of the Support Complex at Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital, cover 2,700 square metres and are intended to house the hospital’s Outpatient Clinic.
Ordinance No. 584/2026 authorises the costs of the renewal, which runs from 5 January 2027 to 9 January 2030. The six-monthly rent is €63,578.58, equivalent to €127,157.16 per year and a total of €381,471.48, exempt from VAT.
The costs will be covered by the SESARAM, EPERAM budget under funding source 319 and economic classification D.02.02.04. The amounts for subsequent years will be included in the respective budgets.
The Region has authorised the allocation of costs for a cleaning contract covering several SESARAM facilities. The base price is €949,066.80, plus VAT at 22%, with the expenditure planned for 2027.
Adaptations are being considered at the Porto da Cruz Nursing Home and São Roque Community Centre to accommodate people who are medically fit for discharge but cannot return home for social reasons. The number of places has not yet been set, and the works have not been authorised.
The Region amended the programme contracts for joining Madeira’s Integrated Continuing Care Network (REDE) with Living Care Association’s Units I and II. The agreements cover 261 beds and are worth a total of 23,925,733.92 euros.
