Regional Government Authorizes Contract Amendment for Quebradas/Amparo Link
The Regional Government has authorized a specific change to the addendum of the construction contract for the tunnels of the new road link.
The Regional Government Council has approved a technical amendment to a public works construction contract related to the important road link under construction. Regional Government Council Resolution No. 866/2026 authorizes a rectification to the content of point 4 of Clause 2 of the addendum to the contract designated as 'New Quebradas/Amparo Link - Phase 1 - Tunnels. Construction - Complementary Works 2'.
The resolution delegates to the Regional Secretary for Equipment and Infrastructure the powers to grant the rectification instrument. It is explicitly stated that this change does not result in any additional financial burden for the Region.
The 'New Quebradas/Amparo Link' is a crucial road infrastructure project for mobility in the Region, and this rectification aims to adjust contractual details of the ongoing complementary works.
