An ordinance has been approved that changes the budgetary phasing for the rehabilitation project of the Porto Santo harbour breakwater, with a total value of 1.875 million euros.
The Regional Government has approved a change to the funding schedule for a major port infrastructure project on the island of Porto Santo.
Ordinance No. 358/2026, signed by the Regional Secretariats for Economy and Finance, amends and redistributes the budgeted costs for the "Rehabilitation Project of the Breakwater of Porto Santo Harbour". The total project value remains at €1,875,000.00 (one million, eight hundred and seventy-five thousand euros), plus VAT at the legal rate if applicable.

The ordinance repeals the previous wording of paragraph 1 of Ordinance No. 167/2026 of 10 April, which had established the initial distribution of costs. The measure comes into force on the day after its publication.
