Regional Government boosts investment in hydraulic infrastructure
The Regional Government of Madeira has redistributed budget allocations for two major stream regulation projects in the region.
The Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure has announced the amendment and redistribution of budget allocations for two key hydraulic engineering projects in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. The measures aim to ensure the continuity and adequate funding of ongoing interventions.
- Ribeiro da Ponta Delgada (Enxurros): Reconstruction of hydraulic infrastructure upstream of the ER 101 (Process no. 2/2026), under Ordinance no. 250/2026. The total value is €1,387,000.03, with a breakdown of €360,784.08 in 2026 and €1,026,215.95 in 2027.
- Ribeira dos Moinhos and Ribeira das Laranjeiras: Canalization and regulation downstream of PK0 + 300 (Process no. 3/2026), under Ordinance no. 251/2026. The total value is €1,374,999.99, with a breakdown of €363,742.99 in 2026 and €1,011,257.00 in 2027.
VAT at the current legal rate must be added to the indicated values.
