The Regional Government of Madeira has approved a redistribution of budgetary burdens to finance the expansion of the IHM housing stock until 2030.
Through Ordinance no. 223/2026, the Regional Government of Madeira has authorized the redistribution of budgetary burdens allocated to IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM. The total amount, which reaches €125,250,000.00, aims to finance the expansion of the regional housing stock between 2025 and 2030.

The Government Council approved the expropriation of a plot in Palmeira and the acquisition of another in Santo António to proceed with drainage works and access improvements.
The Regional Finance Secretariat and the Regional Equipment and Infrastructure Secretariat have published three ordinances authorizing the distribution of funds for rehabilitation and development projects.
The Government Council approved revised purchase values for two housing projects, totaling over 10 million euros, due to increased construction costs.
