Funchal Dance School Receives 141,000 Euro Sponsorship Contract
The Regional Government has approved a sponsorship contract of 141,050 euros for the Funchal Dance School, the only institution in the Region providing specialized artistic education in an articulated regime.
The Regional Government Council has approved a sponsorship contract worth 141,050.00 € for the Atelier de Dança Música e Artes ADMA Unipessoal, Lda. - Funchal Dance School. The authorization is established in Regional Government Council Resolution No. 870/2026, and the support aims to contribute to the school's operating costs during the 2026/2027 academic year, valid until August 31, 2027.
The contract is justified because the Funchal Dance School is the only one in the Region that develops specialized artistic education in an articulated regime with other schools, specifically in dance and theater courses for the 2nd and 3rd cycles of basic education and secondary education. The Regional Secretary of Education, Science and Technology has been mandated to execute the contract.
