The public employment contract of a Child Support Technician at a school in Santa Cruz has been terminated at the worker's initiative.
The public employment contract of a Child Support Technician from the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology has been officially terminated. Notice No. 478/2026, issued by the Regional Directorate of School Administration, formalizes the termination at the worker's initiative, with retroactive effect from September 1, 2026.
The worker in question is Joana Sofia Fernandes Alves, belonging to the SRECT's Centralized Human Resources Management System. She was assigned to the staff roster of the Santa Cruz school area, specifically to the Assomada Basic School for the 1st Cycle with Pre-School.
The contract termination was processed under Article 304, paragraph 1, of the General Law on Work in Public Functions.
