Sofia Maria Araújo Canha, president of the Administrative Council of the Calheta Basic and Secondary School, has been delegated the authority to authorize expenditures and their respective payments.
The Administrative Council of the Calheta Basic and Secondary School with Preschool has delegated powers to its president. The delegation was ratified by an order from the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology.
The beneficiary is Sofia Maria Araújo Canha, President of the Administrative Council of that school. She has been delegated the powers of the Administrative Council itself to authorize the execution of expenditures and their respective payment.
Order No. 328/2026 ratifies the acts performed by the president under this delegation since June 26, 2026, the date on which the administrative council made the decision in an ordinary meeting.
The Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology authorized the budgetary allocation for the contract with Fantasy Academy, totaling 984,070.31 euros for the years 2025 and 2026.
Addendums to contracts with 28 private education establishments have been approved, representing a total increase of over 661,000 euros for the 2025/2026 school year.
The Council of the Government approved the termination, by mutual agreement, of the funding agreement between the Madeira Football Association and the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology.
