Government increases funding for 28 private schools
Addendums to contracts with 28 private education establishments have been approved, representing a total increase of over 661,000 euros for the 2025/2026 school year.
The Regional Government has approved a significant financial increase for 28 private education establishments through the signing of addendums to existing contracts. The total additional amount rises to €661,703.00 for the 2025/2026 school year.
The increase is justified by changes verified after the start of the school year, such as variations in the number of children and students, salary updates, and legislative changes. The funds are intended to subsidize staff remuneration and, in some cases, tuition fees to support families.
The addendums were grouped into three resolutions, according to the initial contract type:
