The Madeira Government approved the distribution of budgetary burdens for the hiring of 134 trainers by IQ, IP-RAM, in an investment exceeding 320 thousand euros.
The Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology and the Regional Secretariat for Finance have authorized, through Ordinance no. 243/2026, the distribution of budgetary burdens intended for the conclusion of 134 service provision contracts for trainers.
The measure, which aims to ensure the continuity of professional training, covers the period between September 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027. The total value of the investment amounts to 322,800.00 euros, plus VAT, with payment staggered as follows:
The expenditure for the current year will be covered by the budget of the Institute for Qualification, IP-RAM (IQ, IP-RAM), and the funds for 2027 will be included in the respective budget proposal.
Budgetary charges for cooperation agreements with 13 pre-school education establishments, including nurseries and kindergartens, have been authorized, ensuring operational and social support.
The Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology has approved the budgetary distribution for initial association contracts with seven private educational establishments, securing their funding until August 2027.
The Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology approved the budget distribution for cooperation agreements and simple contracts with 20 educational establishments in Madeira.
