Delegation of powers at Ponta do Sol Basic and Secondary School
The President of the Executive Council of the Ponta do Sol Basic and Secondary School has delegated powers to her vice-presidents for personnel management and administrative acts.
Order No. 218/2026 formalizes the delegation of powers from the President of the Executive Council of the Ponta do Sol Basic and Secondary School, Ricardina Estefânia Xavier de Andrade, to her vice-presidents:
- João José Gonçalves (Vice-President): Responsible for hierarchical management and performance evaluation of senior technicians, coordinators, IT technicians, and operational assistants/technicians. He assumes the presidency of the Administrative Council in the absence of the incumbent.
- Sandra Aracy de Alfaia Pequenão Minhós (Vice-President): Competence to approve minutes of pedagogical structures and replace the President of the Executive Council in case of impediment.
The order also ratifies all acts performed by the vice-presidents since March 9, 2026.
