An ordinance redistributes the budgetary burden of a 2.4 million euro financial contribution to IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM.
The Regional Government has redistributed the budgetary burden of a financial contribution intended for social housing. Through Ordinance No. 528/2026, of September 15, the annual distribution of a maximum global amount of €2,400,000.00 (two million four hundred thousand euros) granted to IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM was altered.
The funds, initially approved by Ordinance No. 909/2023, have now been allocated as follows across the fiscal years:
The amount set for each year may be increased by the balance carried over from the previous year. The funds required for 2026 are allocated in the budget of the Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure, under the PIDDAR project No. 51181 - "Housing Investments and Activities for Social Purposes". The amounts are not subject to VAT.
This measure aims to support IHM's investments and activities within the framework of the Region's social housing policy.
