The Regional Government Council authorized the payment of monetary prizes to individual and collective participants in the 68th edition of the Porto Moniz Agricultural Fair, held in 2025.
The Regional Government of Madeira approved, through two resolutions, the payment of quality prizes awarded to exhibitors of the 68th Porto Moniz Agricultural Fair, which took place in 2025. The decisions, taken in a plenary meeting on July 29, 2026, are based on the Prize Awarding Regulation approved by Ordinance No. 359/2025.
The prizes were awarded by the event's Selection Committee in the categories of participation and merit. The total amount to be distributed is 1,250 euros, with 350 euros intended for individuals and 900 euros for legal entities.

The expense is covered by the Region's Budget for 2026, provided for in program 44, measure 12, project 54010.
The Regional Secretariat for Economy and Finance has approved the new maximum retail prices for gasoline and diesel, effective September 21.
