Regional Government amends investment support scheme for agricultural holdings
Ordinance no. 255/2026 introduces technical adjustments to the agricultural investment support scheme to enhance clarity and execution effectiveness.
The Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Fisheries has published Ordinance no. 255/2026, which makes the first amendment to Ordinance no. 582/2025. This measure aims to optimize the operationalization of Intervention F.1.1 - Investment in agricultural holdings, integrated into the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027.
The changes focus on:
- Execution rules: Strengthening standards regarding the monitoring of material execution and consequences in case of non-compliance, namely the possibility of revoking the approval decision for interruptions exceeding 90 days.
- Payments: Adjustments to the rules for submitting payment requests, with specific exceptions for projects using the simplified cost methodology.
- Eligible expenses: Update of Annex I, including clarification of expenses related to licensing, software, industrial property, and consulting, as well as the definition of specific limits for these costs.
The diploma enters into force on June 19, 2026.
