Tender for sale of EEM - Biotecnologia stake closed without proposals
The Regional Government has ordered the closure of the international public tender for the sale of EEM's stake in EEM - Biotecnologia, S.A.
Through Resolution no. 291/2026, the Regional Government Council accepted the non-award decision project prepared by the tender jury. The international public tender, which aimed at the sale of the entire shareholding held by EEM - Empresa de Eletricidade da Madeira, S.A. in the share capital of EEM - Biotecnologia, S.A., was closed without any selection decision, as no proposals were submitted within the scope of procedure no. 01-2025-CA.
