Resolution no. 169/2026 authorizes the fourth amendment to the program contract signed with APRAM - Administration of the Ports of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, S.A.. The measure aims to reschedule the total financial contribution of €7,017,773.02, adjusting the execution schedule in light of public procurement deadlines.
