Regional Government amends support scheme for restoring agricultural potential
Ordinance no. 146/2026 introduces technical adjustments to the support scheme for the recovery of agricultural holdings affected by disasters.
Ordinance no. 146/2026 has been published, which makes the first amendment to Ordinance no. 824/2025, establishing the application regime for Intervention F.1.4 - Restoration of agricultural production potential, integrated into the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027.
The changes aim to simplify and clarify the support scheme, highlighting:
- Elimination of the selection criteria regime and the obligation to maintain them;
- Clarification of the form and level of support;
- Adaptation of the regime to exceptional situations provided for in national and EU legislation;
- Update of the annexes regarding eligible expenses (such as replacement of livestock, machinery, and infrastructure) and non-eligible expenses, as well as the table of reductions and exclusions applicable in case of non-compliance with obligations by beneficiaries.
This measure reinforces support for agricultural producers whose farms have been compromised by natural disasters or adverse climatic events.
