The Regional Government of Madeira has approved financial support for three musical associations, corresponding to the VAT paid in 2025.
The Regional Government Council has authorized the signing of program contracts with three musical associations in the Region, as part of the support program for philharmonic bands, tunas, folk groups, and traditional music ensembles. The financial support, which takes the form of a non-repayable grant, aims to compensate for the Value Added Tax (VAT) incurred by these entities during 2025 on goods and services essential to their activities.
These funds are intended to cover expenses related to the acquisition, maintenance, and repair of musical instruments, uniforms, repertoire, and other consumables necessary for the operation of these organizations.
