Ordinance No. 354/2026 authorizes the distribution of 5.5 million euros for the +ENERGIA incentive system, aimed at renewable energy production and storage in the Region.
The Regional Government has authorized the distribution of a maximum amount of €5,500,000.00 (five million five hundred thousand euros) for the incentive system for the production and storage of energy from renewable sources in Madeira, called +ENERGIA.
The authorization is formalized through Ordinance No. 354/2026. This investment is part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), more specifically in Component C21 REPowerEU, under the designation "RP-C21-i11.01-RAM".

The ordinance also establishes that the amount fixed for each fiscal year may be increased by the balance ascertained in the previous year. The funds required for 2026 are included in the budget of the Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure.
The decree entered into force the day after its publication, on July 23, 2026, but its effects are reported as of December 31, 2025.
