A correction changes the identification of the floors covered by the agreed termination of a 1977 lease on Rua 5 de Outubro, in Funchal. The 1st and 2nd floors are replaced by the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The Regional Government corrected an inaccuracy in Regional Government Council Resolution No. 935/2026, concerning the agreed termination of a lease signed on 13 July 1977. The correction was approved by Regional Government Council Resolution No. 1000/2026.
The correction concerns the floors of the urban building at Rua 5 de Outubro, No. 19, in the parish of Sé, Funchal, which is intended to house several Regional Government services. In both the text of the resolution and its summary, the reference to the 1st and 2nd floors is replaced with a reference to the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The correction does not change the decision to terminate the lease by agreement; it only corrects the identification of the floors concerned.
Ordinance No. 602/2026 approves the design of the professional card for the Regional Finance Inspector, managers and staff in the special inspection career. The document identifies its holders and sets out the prerogatives they may exercise in the performance of their duties.
The government has authorised a non-residential lease to house the Regional Directorate for Competitiveness, Innovation and Sustainability at Marina Fórum in Funchal. The decision addresses a lack of space in the current offices, which are located in a room measuring less than 40 square metres.
Tiago Miguel Reis Ferreira de Freitas, Gonçalo Tito Camacho Caldeira and Marisa Maria Pereira dos Santos e Costa will remain on the Board of the Madeira Wine, Embroidery and Handicrafts Institute. Their appointments take effect on 1 December 2026 and last for three years.
