Anália Pontes Carvalho de Vasconcelos, chair of the Administrative Board of Caniçal Primary School with Preschool and Nursery, is now authorised to approve expenditure and the corresponding payments, under powers delegated by the board.
The decision was taken by the Administrative Board at a meeting on 10 July 2026 and formalised by Order No. 430/2026. The delegated authority is provided for in Article 28(c) of Regional Legislative Decree No. 4/2000/M of 31 January, as amended in the version cited in the order.
The document also ratifies the actions taken by Anália Pontes Carvalho de Vasconcelos under this delegation since 9 July 2026. The order was signed in Caniçal on 22 October 2026 by the members of the Administrative Board: Anália Pontes Carvalho de Vasconcelos, Susana Isabel Rodrigues Gaspar and Isaura Catanho Mendonça.
