Noélia José Abreu Alves Moura Coelho has been appointed Specialist Adviser to the Office of the Regional Secretary for Tourism, Environment and Culture. The appointment takes effect from 1 September 2026 and includes the salary and monthly supplement set out in the order.
The Regional Secretariat for Tourism, Environment and Culture has appointed Noélia José Abreu Alves Moura Coelho as Specialist Adviser to the Office of the Regional Secretary. A graduate in Social Work, she will join the Secretariat’s Centralised Human Resources Management System and provide specialist advice.
Order No. 384/2026 justifies the appointment by the need for specialist technical support, particularly in public procurement, given the volume and complexity of the matters assigned to the Secretariat. The document cites the appointee’s professional experience and qualifications, which are considered suitable for the role.
The gross monthly base salary is 65.45% of the standard amount set for holders of senior management positions of the first degree. A monthly salary supplement of 20% of the base salary is also provided, paid 12 times a year, in connection with the permanent availability and exemption from fixed working hours arrangements. The order also provides for the allowances established in Article 13(7) of Decree-Law No. 11/2012.
