The Regional Government authorised the direct sale of a 144-square-metre rural property in Casas Próximas to Valério Simeão Fernandes. The approved sale price is €5,190.
The Autonomous Region of Madeira will sell, by direct award, a rural property in Casas Próximas, on Rua do Caminho do Leme, in the parish of Santo António, Funchal. The property has a total land area of 144 square metres and will be purchased by Valério Simeão Fernandes for €13,190.
Regional Government Council Resolution No. 916/2026 considers the property surplus to requirements and no longer necessary for the pursuit of public-interest purposes. Its value was established in an assessment commissioned by the Regional Directorate for Property and approved by the Regional Secretary for Finance.
The resolution approves the draft sale and purchase agreement and authorises the Regional Secretary for Finance to sign it on behalf of the Region.
The Institute of Forests and Nature Conservation has opened three recruitment procedures for management posts, with three-year appointments. Applications are open for 10 working days after the notices are published.
Miguel Gomes Nunes and Rita Brazão de Freitas have been appointed to senior management posts for three years. The appointments take effect on 21 and 15 September 2026, respectively.
Ordinance No. 542/2026 sets out how IT goods and services supplied by the DRI to regional public entities are charged. Consultancy and specialised technical support will be subject to daily rates of €40 or €60, depending on the technical profile.
