The Regional Heritage Directorate has published the approved list of real estate assets comprising the private domain of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, giving interested parties 30 days to submit claims.
The list of real estate assets constituting the private domain of the Autonomous Region of Madeira has been published in the Official Journal. The document, prepared by the Regional Heritage Directorate, was approved by the order of the Regional Secretary of Finance dated September 2, 2026.
This publication is carried out under the terms of Regional Legislative Decree No. 7/2012/M, as amended and republished by Regional Legislative Decree No. 24/2017/M, which regulates the legal regime of the Region's public domain. The list aims to ensure transparency and the correct identification of regional real estate assets that are not part of the public domain.
Interested parties now have a period of 30 days, from the date of publication in JORAM (September 14, 2026), to submit any claims regarding the inclusion or exclusion of assets in this list, as provided for in the applicable legislation.
