Regional Government mandates secretary to represent the Region at Vialitoral
The Regional Government Council authorised the Regional Secretary for Equipment and Infrastructure to sign, on behalf of the Region, a unanimous written shareholder resolution of Vialitoral - Concessões Rodoviárias da Madeira, S.A.
The Council of the Regional Government of Madeira approved Resolution No. 1010/2026, published in the 2nd Supplement to the Official Journal, Series I, No. 195, of 28 October 2026. The resolution was approved in plenary session of the Government Council held on 22 October 2026.
The resolution mandates the Regional Secretary for Equipment and Infrastructure, Pedro Alexandre Fagundes de Freitas Rodrigues, to represent the Autonomous Region of Madeira, in its capacity as shareholder, in signing the Unanimous Written Resolution of the shareholders of the company Vialitoral - Concessões Rodoviárias da Madeira, S.A.
