A resolution has been published amending the legal basis of a previous decision that awarded financial support to AJEMed, Associação Cultural Dragoeiro, and Teatro Metaphora.
The Regional Government Council approved Resolution No. 907/2026, which amends paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 819/2026, of August 25. The amendment aims to rectify and improve the identification of the legal basis that supports the signing of three program-contracts with youth and cultural associations.
The original resolution authorized the financial participation of the Regional Directorate of Youth in the implementation of the 2026 activity plans of the following associations, with a maximum total amount of €18,000.00:
The change now introduced in Resolution No. 907/2026 does not modify the amount of support or the beneficiary associations. The objective is to expressly include in the legal justification references to relevant budgetary rules that, due to an oversight, were not mentioned in the initial resolution. These rules concern, in particular, the eligibility of operating expenses incurred before the contracts came into effect.
This resolution takes effect retroactively to the date of entry into force of Resolution No. 819/2026.
