The definitive consolidation of a worker's mobility between careers within the Madeira public administration has been formalized. The process is provided for in the General Law on Public Employment.
Notice No. 447/2026 from the Regional Finance Department announces the decision, taken by order of the Regional Secretary of Finance on September 7, 2026.

The decision determines that the remuneration received during the transitional mobility period is now definitively integrated into the worker's legal sphere. The consolidation takes effect from October 1, 2026.
