The Regional Finance Secretariat has authorized the signing of a lease contract for the installation of public services in a building in the Urban Park of São Vicente.
Ordinance No. 396/2026, from the Regional Finance Secretariat, authorizes the distribution of budgetary charges for the signing of a lease contract intended for the installation of public services in the municipality of São Vicente.
The contract refers to a unit with a gross private area of 423.6 m², located on the ground floor of the urban building - Building 6, which is part of the still-called Urban Park of São Vicente. The property is located in Vila - Ribeira, parish and municipality of São Vicente, and is registered in the property tax register under article 3757.
The total value of the non-residential lease contract is €168,000.00 (one hundred and sixty-eight thousand euros), exempt from VAT. The budgetary charges are staggered as follows until 2031:
The expenditure for 2026 was included in the regional budget proposal, under the heading of Secretariat 47. The amounts for the following years will be included in the respective annual budget proposals. The ordinance takes effect from August 1, 2026.
