Changes to Jury Composition for Management Position at Innovation Agency

The composition of the jury for the competition procedure for the first-grade middle management position in the Unit for Modernisation and Innovation of the Agency for Innovation and Modernisation of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (IP-RAM) has been changed. The change was made through Notice No. 362/2026 from the Regional Secretariat of Finance.

The change is justified by the need to ensure compliance with the regime on impediments, the principles of impartiality, equality and transparency, and to guarantee the stability of the jury throughout the entire competition process. The procedure had been opened by Notice No. 146/2026, of 3 April 2026.

The new composition of the jury is as follows:

• President: Eng. Helder Miguel Andrade Pestana, President of the Executive Board of the Agency for Innovation and Modernisation of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, IP-RAM.
• Effective members: Dr. Tânia Macedo de Oliveira Camacho Fernandes, Regional Director of the Budgetary Entity, Treasury and Finance; and Dr. Nuno Filipe Mendes Castro Pedra Aguiar, Member of the Executive Board of the same Agency.
• Substitute members: Dr. Graça Mónica Spínola Nunes, Director of the Legal Support, Human Resources and Public Procurement Unit of the Agency; and Dr. Paulo Manuel Abreu Cruz Pestana de Gouveia, Director of Planning and Coordination Services of the Regional Finance Inspectorate.

All other aspects of the original competition remain unchanged.
