A rectification statement corrects the signature of the Regional Finance Secretary on an ordinance authorizing the redistribution of funds from the Recovery and Resilience Plan.
A Rectification Statement No. 26/2026 has been published to correct an error in the signature of Ordinance No. 389/2026, dated August 6. The ordinance in question authorizes the redistribution of budgetary charges related to the granting of financial support under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
According to the rectification, the original ordinance listed "The Regional Secretary for Finance, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas" as the signatory. However, the correct signature to appear on the document should have been "For the Regional Secretary for Finance, Elsa Maria dos Santos Fernandes".
The rectified ordinance authorizes the redistribution of funds provided for in Ordinance No. 1078/2023, as amended by subsequent ordinances, relating to the financing of ineligible investment and eligible investment not co-financed by the PRR, up to a maximum global amount of 52,232,704.08 €.
