Public Administration Worker Authorized to Drive Official Vehicles
Mariana José Lobato Freitas, a technical assistant, received authorization to drive light vehicles of the Regional Directorate for Planning, Resources and Infrastructure in the performance of her duties.
A technical assistant in the regional public administration has been authorized to drive official vehicles to improve service efficiency. The authorization was granted through a joint order from the regional secretariats for Education, Science and Technology and Finance.
The beneficiary is Mariana José Lobato Freitas, a technical assistant holding a valid category B driving license. The authorization allows her to drive light passenger vehicles assigned to the Regional Directorate for Planning, Resources and Infrastructure, in the performance of her duties and whenever duly authorized by her superiors.
According to Joint Order No. 69/2026, the measure aims to address the lack of available drivers and improve the mobility of workers in the Furniture Division. This division has responsibilities that include on-site verification of the conformity of purchased goods, a task for which the technicians' travel is essential. The worker expressed her consent to assume the duties of a substitute driver when necessary.
