Three personnel decisions in Madeira's public administration

The Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (JORAM) of July 17, 2026, published three official notices regarding personnel movements in the regional public administration. The decisions cover the areas of education and work.

The published notices are as follows:

• Teacher career transition: Through Notice No. 322/2026, the career transition of teacher Maria do Carmo Fernandes Sousa Escórcio was authorized. The teacher leaves the staff of the Monte Primary and Pre-School to join the staff map of the Funchal school area, assigned to the same school, but now in the Senior Technician career. The decision, effective from August 1, 2026, places her at remuneration level 58, 11th remuneration position.
• Mobility consolidation: Notice No. 323/2026 makes public the definitive consolidation of mobility in the career/category of information systems and technologies technician for worker António Rogério de Olim. The worker belongs to the staff map of the Conservatório - Escola das Artes da Madeira Eng.º Luiz Peter Clode. The consolidation, effective from 08/01/2026, places him in the 2nd position, remuneration level 14.
• Indefinite-term hiring: An indefinite-term public functions employment contract was signed with José Celso Correia Freitas, according to Notice No. 324/2026. The hiring, resulting from a common competitive procedure, is for the career and category of Operational Assistant. The worker is assigned to the staff map of the Regional Authority for Working Conditions, effective from July 1, 2026, placed in the 1st remuneration position, level 5, and subject to a 90-day probationary period.
