Consolidation of Mobility for Senior Technician in the Regional Youth Directorate
The Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth consolidated the mobility of an employee to the Senior Technician career, with retroactive effect from July 2nd.

The details of the decision are as follows:
- Carolina Raquel Sousa Freitas, previously a Technical Assistant, had her mobility to the career and category of Senior Technician consolidated, maintaining her remuneration position.
- The measure applies to the staff map of the Regional Youth Directorate, a service of the direct administration of the Autonomous Region of Madeira under the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth.
- The consolidation was authorized by an order from the Regional Secretary dated June 26, 2026, preceded by an opinion from the Regional Secretary for Finance, and takes effect from July 2, 2026.
- The legal act governing the process is the Order of the Regional Secretary for Inclusion, Labour and Youth of June 26, 2026, under Article 99-A of the General Law on Work in Public Functions.
This type of procedure formalizes a career change within the public administration, consolidating the worker's legal status.
