Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure renews service commissions for three directors

The Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure has formalized the renewal of service commissions for three management staff members, as published in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (JORAM). The decisions, signed by the Chief of Staff, Raquel João Martins da Silva, aim to ensure the continuity of management and budget control functions, as well as equipment maintenance.

Reappointed directors:

• Flávio Fernandes Ferreira Azevedo: Renewal of the service commission for the position of Director of the Budget Management and Control Office (1st-degree intermediate management), effective August 8, 2026, under Notice no. 239/2026.
• Pedro Gonçalo Rodrigues Nunes: Renewal of the service commission for the position of Head of the Accounting and Budget Control Division, of the Budget Management and Control Office, integrated into the Regional Directorate of Planning, Resources and Public Works Management (2nd-degree intermediate management), effective August 8, 2026, under Notice no. 240/2026.
• Luis Alberto Velosa Gomes: Renewal of the service commission for the position of Head of the Maintenance Division at the Conservation and Maintenance Services Directorate of the Regional Directorate of Social Equipment and Conservation (2nd-degree intermediate management), effective July 28, 2026, under Notice no. 241/2026.

The renewals were based on an order from the Regional Secretary for Equipment and Infrastructure, dated May 19, 2026, complying with the current legal framework for holding management positions in the regional public administration.
