The distribution of budgetary charges for the amendment to the lease agreement of a property on Rua do Esmeraldo, in Funchal, has been authorized.
Ordinance no. 238/2026 authorizes the expenditure related to the amendment of the non-residential lease agreement for the building located at Rua do Esmeraldo, nos. 62, 64 and 66, in the parish of Sé, Funchal. The total value of the contract is €480,000.00, distributed between 2026 and 2031.
The property, consisting of four floors, is an asset used by the Regional Government, and this ordinance is necessary to ensure the multi-year budgetary coverage of the expenditure.
