Resolution no. 576/2026 grants powers to the Regional Secretary of Equipment and Infrastructure to represent the Region in the Vialitoral company.
The Regional Government Council, through Resolution no. 576/2026, has decided to mandate the Regional Secretary of Equipment and Infrastructure, Pedro Alexandre Fagundes de Freitas Rodrigues, to represent the Autonomous Region of Madeira as a shareholder of the company Vialitoral - Concessões Rodoviárias da Madeira, S.A.
The Secretary is authorized to sign the Unanimous Written Deliberation of the shareholders and to perform all acts necessary for the execution of the agenda of said deliberation.
