The Regional Secretary of Tourism, Environment and Culture has established the substitution hierarchy for his Chief of Cabinet during periods of absence.
The Regional Secretary of Tourism, Environment and Culture, António Eduardo de Freitas Jesus, has designated the individuals responsible for substituting the Chief of Cabinet during holidays, absences, and impediments, as stipulated in Order no. 247/2026.
The defined order of substitution is as follows:
The appointees are authorized to exercise the powers delegated by Order no. 352/2025, of April 28. This order takes effect from June 1, 2026, revoking the previous Order no. 527/2025, of June 24.
Four orders appoint managers to services and divisions of the Regional Youth Directorate, effective 1 November 2026. The appointments are for one-year terms.
Four managers at the Madeira Employment Institute will remain in their respective posts. Three renewals take effect on 16 December 2026, and the fourth on 2 January 2027.
The Legislative Assembly of Madeira approved its report and management accounts for the 2024 financial year. The resolution was adopted at a plenary session on 14 October 2026.
