The Board of Directors of the Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira has approved a budget amendment of 160,000 euros to cover various expenses.
Through Resolution No. 78/CODA/2026, the Board of Directors of the Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (ALRAM) carried out a budget amendment totaling 160,000.00 euros. This decision, formalized on June 12, 2026, aims to ensure the proper allocation of various current expenses, according to their economic nature.
The measure, which is included in the Board of Directors Resolution No. 5/2026 published in the Official Journal, is based on Article 64, paragraph 3 of Regional Legislative Decree No. 24/89/M, as amended by Regional Legislative Decree No. 13/2017/M. The financial management of the Assembly thus follows the legal procedures for the reallocation of funds from its private budget.
