Legislative Assembly appoints representatives to the Economic and Social Council
The Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira has appointed new representatives and alternates to the Economic and Social Council.
The Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, through Resolution no. 21/2026/M, published in the Official Journal on June 9, 2026, has proceeded with the appointment of its representatives to the Economic and Social Council.
The appointed members are:
- Effective representatives: Bricio Andre Martins de Araujo and Maria Isabel Rodrigues dos Santos.
- Alternate representatives: Joana Carolina Oliveira da Silva and Joao Guilherme Goncalves Ribeiro.
The decision, approved in a plenary session on June 3, 2026, complies with the provisions of the Political-Administrative Statute of the Autonomous Region of Madeira and Law no. 108/91.
