The Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira has appointed new representatives and alternates to the Economic and Social Council.
The Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, through Resolution no. 21/2026/M, published in the Official Journal on June 9, 2026, has proceeded with the appointment of its representatives to the Economic and Social Council.

The decision, approved in a plenary session on June 3, 2026, complies with the provisions of the Political-Administrative Statute of the Autonomous Region of Madeira and Law no. 108/91.
The Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Fisheries has simplified obligations and adjusted the reduction and exclusion regime for Local Action Groups under sub-measure 19.4.
Ordinance no. 246/2026 approves the new core structure of the Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Rural Development (DRA), creating new organic units to optimize support for the sector.
Resolution no. 576/2026 grants powers to the Regional Secretary of Equipment and Infrastructure to represent the Region in the Vialitoral company.
