The Government Council has approved the proposal for a regional legislative decree that amends the law creating the IMT, IP-RAM.
Resolution no. 600/2026 formalizes the approval of the proposal for a regional legislative decree that proceeds with the second amendment to Regional Legislative Decree no. 13/2024/M, of December 4, which created the Institute for Mobility and Transport, IP-RAM (IMT, IPRAM).
The proposal will now be submitted to the Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira for debate and voting.
