The Calheta municipality has carried out the first material correction to the amendment of the 1st revision of its Municipal Master Plan.
The Calheta Municipal Council has published Notice no. 180/2026, formalizing the first material correction to the amendment of the 1st revision of the Municipal Master Plan (PDM). The decision was deliberated at a council meeting on April 16, 2026.
The correction concerns the wording of article 74(1)(d) and article 105(1)(d) of the PDM Regulation, setting the building height at 10.00 meters in both points.
