Rectification Declaration no. 14/2026 has been published, integrating Annex I, previously omitted, of the Regional Government Council Resolution no. 228/2026. This document details the requirements for the public offer to acquire housing units by IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM (IHM, EPERAM) in the municipality of Santa Cruz.
The procedure, which has a maximum total amount of 23,000,000.00 €, requires that applications be submitted with the following documents, under penalty of exclusion:
