Sara Patrícia Rodrigues Santos has been appointed, on a three-year commission of service, head of the Human Resources and Administrative Support Division of the Regional Authority for Working Conditions. The appointment takes effect from 28 September 2026.
Sara Patrícia Rodrigues Santos has been appointed Head of the Human Resources and Administrative Support Division of the Regional Authority for Working Conditions (ARCT), a second-tier middle-management position. The commission of service lasts for three years and may be renewed for equal periods.
The appointee is a Senior Officer in the centralised human resources management system of the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth and is assigned to the ARCT staffing establishment. The decision, formalised by Order No. 396/2026, takes effect on 28 September 2026.
The appointment follows the competitive recruitment procedure opened by Notice No. 221/2026. According to the order, the selection panel proposed the appointment because it considered Sara Patrícia Rodrigues Santos to have the legal qualifications, experience and professional expertise required for the role.
She holds a degree in Education from the University of Minho and has served as head of the same division since 1 October 2025, also on a commission of service. She has also worked as a Senior Officer at the ARCT, the Regional Directorate for Labour and the Regional Directorate for Education, and previously held a management position at the Office of the Regional Secretary for Education.
The final ranking for the competition to fill a Technical Assistant position in the Office of the Regional Secretary for Inclusion, Labour and Youth has been approved. The list is available at the Secretariat’s headquarters and on its website.
The Regional Directorate for Justice Administration has published the final ranking and placement lists for the competition to fill seven Registrar positions. The lists were approved on 24 September and are displayed at the Directorate’s offices and available online.
