The Institute of Forests and Nature Conservation has opened recruitment for three middle-management positions, each on a three-year appointment. Applications are open for 3 working days after the notices are published in Series 2 of the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
The Institute of Forests and Nature Conservation, IP-RAM, has opened recruitment procedures to fill three second-tier middle-management positions, each on a three-year appointment. The competitions were authorised by an order of the Regional Secretary for Tourism, Environment and Culture dated 1 September 2026. Applications must be submitted within 3 working days of publication of the notices in Series 2 of the Official Journal.
Applicants must be public-sector employees on permanent contracts, hold a university degree and have at least four years of professional experience in roles requiring that qualification. They must also demonstrate technical competence and aptitude for management, coordination and oversight, as well as knowledge relevant to the position and skills in organisation, leadership, communication and problem-solving.
Selection will be based on an assessment of qualifications and a public interview. The positions are based in Funchal. Pay will follow the arrangements set out in Decree-Law No. 383-A/87 of 23 December, plus the applicable representation allowance and other benefits available to public administration employees.

Sara Patrícia Rodrigues Santos has been appointed, on a three-year commission of service, head of the Human Resources and Administrative Support Division of the Regional Authority for Working Conditions. The appointment takes effect from 28 September 2026.
The final ranking for the competition to fill a Technical Assistant position in the Office of the Regional Secretary for Inclusion, Labour and Youth has been approved. The list is available at the Secretariat’s headquarters and on its website.
The Regional Directorate for Justice Administration has published the final ranking and placement lists for the competition to fill seven Registrar positions. The lists were approved on 24 September and are displayed at the Directorate’s offices and available online.
