IFCN opens competition for two senior legal technicians
The Institute of Forests and Nature Conservation has launched a competitive procedure to recruit two lawyers for functions in the public procurement area.
The Institute of Forests and Nature Conservation, IP-RAM (IFCN) has opened a public competition for the hiring of two senior technicians with a degree in Law. The procedure was authorized by the Order of the Regional Secretary of Finance on April 15, 2026, and published through Notice No. 384/2026.
The positions are for the career and category of Senior Technician, with an open-ended public functions employment contract. The functions will be performed in the Procurement and Supply Division of the Financial Services and Procurement Directorate of IFCN, based in Funchal.
Requirements and selection process
Candidates, with or without public employment ties, must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law. The competition is open for a period of 10 working days, counting from the publication of the notice in JORAM.
The planned selection methods include a Knowledge Test (PC) and a Professional Selection Interview (EPS). The written test will cover a wide range of legislation, including the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic, the Political-Administrative Statute of Madeira, the statutes of IFCN, the Public Procurement Code, and the General Law on Public Functions Employment.
Jury composition
The competition jury is chaired by the Director of Financial Services and Procurement of IFCN, Bachelor Carla Maria Cró Abreu, and includes other members of the institute's management.
Applications must be formalized using a specific form, available on the IFCN website, and delivered in person or by registered mail to the institute's headquarters.
