Madeira Social Security allocates €650,000 for cleaning services
The Madeira Institute of Social Security has been authorised to commit €650,530.03, plus VAT, to procure cleaning services in 2027 and 2028. The expenditure covers central and local offices, activity and inclusion training centres, and the Madeira Social Inclusion Centre.
The Madeira Institute of Social Security, IP-RAM, has been authorised to commit a total of €650,530.03 in budget expenditure, plus VAT at the applicable legal rate, to procure cleaning services. The authorisation is set out in Ordinance No. 543/2026 of 29 September, signed by the regional officials responsible for Finance and for Inclusion, Labour and Youth.
The contract will cover the Central and Local Services of the Madeira Institute of Social Security, the Activity and Inclusion Training Centres, and the Madeira Social Inclusion Centre. Including VAT, the total estimated amount stated in the ordinance is €793,646.64.
The expenditure is spread over two financial years: €542,108.39 in 2027 and €108,421.64 in 2028, both plus applicable VAT. The ordinance provides for no expenditure in 2026. The costs will be covered by funds to be included in the Institute’s budgets for 2027 and 2028 and have been recorded in the Financial Information System under future-year commitments No. 7526000324 and No. 7526000325.
The authorisation allows the Institute to launch the pre-contractual procedure to procure the services. The ordinance enters into force on the working day following its publication.
